Lulu the Chicken

Lulu the Chicken is a chirpy chick, with her big feet and pretty crown. but don’t be fooled by her pretty looks she is wanted and goes by the name of “The Plucky Egg Bandit”. Catch her and her felon friends.

Lulu is made in the traditional style of Amigurumi crochet.

Lulu is made using a chunky wool on a 4.5mm hook so he doesn’t take too long to create. Finished height is 7″

Materials we have used are:
1 x balls of King Cole Riot Chunky shade Walnut (620)
1 pair of 8mm eyes
Gold embroidery thread for thread
toy stuffing
4.5mm hook
stitch marker

This pattern is not hard to make: you will need to be familiar with the following techniques

double crochet (dc)

chain (ch)
double treble (dtr)

You can of course use any standard chunky weight yarn to make your own Lulu, and if you use a DK he will come out smaller and if you go Super Chunky he will be a BIG chicken. Simply follow the pattern and enjoy.
