Christmas Pudding

Catch me if you can.. this running gingerbread man is in a hurry to join his friends the cheeky little snowboy and snowdog (available on my etsy store). He has his candy swirl bag bulging with festive treats including a candy cane and lots of gummy drops. He’s toasty in his stripy bobble hat and matching scarf. This gingerbread man makes a wonderful addition to your christmas decorations.

He stands at approx 8″ from his feet to the top of of head.

YOU WILL NEED:
3mm hook
Stitch marker
1 x 50g ginger dk
1 x 25g dark blue
Oddments of pink, white, light blue, red, green, orange & purple
1 x pair 8mm eyes
Craft wire
Toy stuffing.
Round Coaster for base (optional)

This pattern is not hard to make: you will need to be familiar with the following techniques
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
dc – double crochet (US terms sc)
trb – treble (US terms dc)
inc – increase
invdec – invisible decrease (insert hook, yarn over, insert hook in next dc yarn over, yarn over and pull through all 3 loops)
yo (yarn over)
Magic loop – this starting method gives a neat finish.
