Elvis is made in the traditional style of Amigurumi crochet.

Elvis is made using a chunky wool on a 4.5mm hook so he doesn’t take too long to create. Finished height is 8″

Materials we have used are:
1 x balls of King Cole Riot Chunky shade Wicked (661)
1 pair of 8mm eyes
Gold embroidery thread for thread
toy stuffing
4.5mm hook
stitch marker

This pattern is not hard to make: you will need to be familiar with the following techniques

double crochet (dc)
Increase (in)
Invisible Decrease (invdec)
treble (tr)
chain (ch)
double treble (dtr)

You can of course use any standard chunky weight yarn to make your own Elvis, and if you use a DK he will come out smaller and if you go Super Chunky he will be a BIG Rooster. Simply follow the pattern and enjoy.
