Big Dumpling Cushion

This fun big dim sum dumpling is a great easy project.  Made as a big circle folded in half it’s super quick and ideal for beginners.  For those lovers of Dim Sum this is a great handmade gift to make.  It has big rosy cheeks lightly stuffed and a big friendly smile.

This pattern is not hard to make: you will need to be familiar with the following technique

Ch – chain

dc – double crochet (sc – single crochet)

inc – increase

sl st – slip stitch

Magic ring – this starting method gives a neat finish.

YOU WILL NEED

9mm 

Stitch marker

Toy stuffing

20mm eyes 

200g of mega chunky cotton tape yarn

Oddment of black dk for face

Oddment of pink dk for rosy cheeks on big dumpling
