Baby Elephants

Easy to make baby elephants, Fergus & Dermot. You can choose your own style in this mix and match pattern. Fergus has an upturned trunk while Dermot is letting his hang :). He is sporting a traditional cream aran cabled sweater. Both have rosy cheeks and a little fluffy tail.

The videos give guidance on how to make the cabling pattern on the jumper.

These are made using a DK wool on a 4mm hook Finished height is 7.5″

You will need
4mm & 3mm hook
1 x 100g light blue dk
1 x 50g cream dk – if you are making the aran jumper Toy stuffing
8mm eyes

This pattern is not hard to make: you will need to be familiar with the following techniques
dc – double crochet (sc in US)
inc – increase
invdec – invisible decrease
ch – chain
BLO – black loop only
Magic loop – this starting method gives a neat finish.
